Development in Successive Phases

Project Development starts immediately after the Design Document is signed. The process flow is well-planned and executed so that the entire project is completed smoothly. The team at N&D prepares the Statement of Work (SOW) document which schedules the production phases ,which may have upto three-stages: Alpha, Beta and Gold, depending on the project. Each phase has a client meeting  where progress is reviewed and any modifications necessary are made. Once this is completed, the Alpha Review Document and Beta Review Document are signed along with modification requirements by both sides and then the project is taken forward.
